About Me

I am an accredited therapist with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and have a background in Person Centred Therapy. I can also integrate techniques from other practices such as CBT, Solution Focused or Gestalt Therapy to enable me to help in the way that is best suited to each client’s individual needs.

In addition to my private practice I have over 10 years experience working as a counsellor in the NHS working predominantly in GP surgeries as well as experience in secondary school settings. I have worked with clients as young as 11 years of age through to adults of 90 years of age. I have extensive experience of both short term and open ended forms of counselling.

I am an approved provider of counselling services for various EAP’s (Employee Assistance Programmes) should you wish to be referred to me through your GP, Employer or Health Insurance. Please feel free to contact me to discuss his further.
